Typically, the tree of love consists of various compositions with beads, sequins, natural materials, ribbons, sparkles and other decorative details. Master class on making various types
, can be viewed on our website. Most often, such a tree is made in the shape of a heart, but sometimes it can be round or abstract in shape. How you want the tree of love to look depends only on your imagination. You can find many beautiful products on sale, for every color and taste, but these are all soulless industrial crafts. You can invest a piece of your love as a gift to your loved one by making such a tree of love with your own hands. To make it, you can use various materials, but wood decorated with beads will be especially exquisite. The use of wire in work allows you to give such wood any shapes and bends; the work on its production does not require a lot of time and large material costs. The master class below will tell you how to make such a tree.

Materials required for work

First of all, it is a strong wire. It should be strong enough so that it does not break when bent, and not too thick so that it can easily fit into the hole of the beads. To work with it, you will also need wire cutters or pliers.

Working with beads. It should be large enough so that the patterns woven from it are not lost against the background of the tree itself. The tree of love, which represents two intertwined halves of a heart, is usually made in two colors. Blue and pink halves, gold or silver, the color scheme of the beads depends solely on your preferences.
To braid the stems you will need multi-colored wire, since its color range is limited on sale, this master class will use silver and gold wire, they are easy to find on sale. Accordingly, the heart will be made of gold and silver beads. But these colors can be replaced with others if desired.
We also need a stand. For it, you can use a piece of real wood, special flower biomass, beautiful containers or pots. We will use a small pot, which we will then decorate with various details or simply cover with multi-colored beads.
To decorate the trunk, relief acrylic paste, gold and silver acrylic paint will be used. To give it thickness, you need to buy a small piece of braided wire. All these materials can be purchased at any hardware store.

Making leaves for the tree of love

First, we will make strings for the beads, that is, wires on which they will be strung. We cut off a piece of wire with wire cutters and make a circle-shaped bend at its end, it is needed so that the beads do not slide off; we make the same bend at the other end of the wire at the end of the work. We begin to string beads on it to about half the length.
After the beads are strung, fold the wire in half, aligning the ends with the bends, and equalize the amount of beads on both sides. We grab a piece of wire at the beaded end, about 1 cm, and twist it into a loop, twisting it several times, moving the remaining beads to the side. We get a leaf - a loop on a leg. Then, stepping a little to the side, we make another such loop with beads, twisting the wire. We get two loops at a short distance from each other. You can adjust the distance between them yourself. You can also make the number of leaflets - loops as desired, the main thing is that they are evenly distributed throughout the entire wire. Having finished weaving the leaves, cut the wire and remove the excess beads.

As a result, we should get a wire with beaded leaves - a twig. You need to make several of these branches, making them in the same way as the first one. If you want to make your love tree lush, then you need to make at least 5 such branches.

Master class on making a tree trunk

The trunk of the tree must be strong and flexible so that it can be shaped into a heart, since a love tree is, first of all, a tree that is a heart.

You can use braided wire or buy a round flower holder from a garden store and shape it into a heart by twisting the ends together in a figure eight.
Having bent the workpiece into a heart shape, we begin to screw wires with beaded leaves to it, evenly distributing them along the future trunk. We fasten the branches with silver wire on the side of the heart where there will be silver branches, and gold wire where the golden leaves will be. When screwing the branches, we retreat 1-1.5 cm from the trunk so that the leaves appear on a stalk and do not grow directly from the trunk.
To give thickness to the trunk, we wrap it with braided wire, passing attached branches with beads through the spirals. We run a spiral of gold (or silver) wire over this thick wire.
After the trunk is braided and its ends are secured, it is necessary to secure it above the stand where the tree of love will be “planted.” This is done so that the trunk is directly fixed in the solution and is stable. You can hang it on wooden beams. We fill the base - a stand, in our case it is a pot diluted with water - plaster or alabaster. And we lower the suspended ends of the trunk there. We are waiting for the plaster to harden so that the finished work can be decorated.

Training master – class on wood decoration

After the plaster has hardened, the wood can be given the desired bend and the halves can be aligned so that they form the correct heart shape. To give the trunk a natural texture, we will make it convex using acrylic relief paste. Add a little acrylic varnish to the paste, mix the mixture and apply it to the trunk using a piece of cardboard or plastic, creating bulges and reliefs of the bark. We are waiting for the trunk to dry completely. We take acrylic paint of gold and silver color and apply it over the tree trunk, not forgetting to apply silver where there are silver branches, and gold paint where there are gold ones. We also paint the plaster base of the tree in the pot. After the paint has hardened, we straighten the branches of beads, giving splendor to the tree. In addition to the branches themselves, you can hang small bells, beads or other decorative details on the trunk.
Now all we have to do is decorate the pot - the base. Here, too, you can show your imagination. You can cover it with natural dried moss, wrap it with satin ribbons, cover it with rhinestones, beads or sequins, that is, use all the materials that you have on hand. Our heart tree is ready. Now you can pack it in a beautiful box or use transparent packaging, tie it like a bag and decorate it with a bow.

Using this master class on making basic parts for a tree, you can create your own, original trees for various holidays and celebrations.

Video: DIY beaded love tree

The original beaded tree heart made in this master class is prepared as a gift for the first wedding anniversary.

The tree consists of two halves, one of which is blue (male), the second is red (female). A simplified technique is taken as the basis, so anyone can weave such a souvenir with their own hands, including novice needlewomen. The consumption of materials is also small, which means the craft will be affordable.

Materials and tools for weaving

To weave a tree in the shape of a heart, you need:

  • beads – red, blue, gold, silver, green – 20 g each;
  • beads with a diameter of 4 mm – 20 g each;
  • copper wire with a diameter of 0.4 mm (green) - one coil;
  • aluminum wire (thickness 3 mm), two pieces of 40 cm each;
  • transparent tape;
  • white satin ribbon (5 mm thick) – 3 meters;
  • pliers or tweezers;
  • gypsum (alabaster) – 100 g;
  • wooden stick;
  • gouache, varnish.

To create an unusual look and texture, use two colors of beads in two sizes to weave the tree.

Step-by-step manufacturing technique

Cut the wire into 20 pieces of 35 cm each.

Place the first large bead, 1.5 cm from the edge, bend and pinch with pliers. Twist one and a half or two turns, no more, so that the wire does not break.

String four red beads.

Now, without using a tool, twist the loop as close to the first bead as possible.

Using the same pattern, weave a blue twig. Since silver beads are larger than gold beads, add 3-4 of them between the loops.

The second type of twigs is with beads. Weave a loop of four beads in between - 6-7 gold ones for the red branch and 3-4 silver ones for the blue one.

At the ends of the blue and red branches, collect 4 green beads. The blank of 10 red and 10 blue components is ready.

Collect a tree with a heart. Secure the prepared branches with tape to the aluminum wire.

Blue ones separately, red ones separately. Leave the distance between the parts 4-5 cm.

Leave the bottom of each stem free for weaving.

Attach a white satin ribbon to the edge of each trunk and tightly wrap each separately, as often as possible, so that the attachment points are not visible.

Weave two trunks from the base.

Attach a wooden stick to the plexus and wrap it tightly with tape (crown).

Wrap the remaining areas with satin ribbon in the same way.

Dilute the gypsum mixture with water and install the tree in the prepared base.

Pour the mixture over the base and leave to harden.

Remove the craft from the stand, cover the base with gouache and varnish in the desired color. Arrange the tree around the heart. The gift can be supplemented with a postcard. We also have beautiful beaded and. Happy crafting!

I suggest you make a heart-tree from beads by studying this master class from Olga Galaguz from Uman, Ukraine.

In order to make a heart-tree with branches, leaves and flowers, you will need:
- 50 grams of green beads;
- 20 grams of pink beads;
- 7 large white beads;

— 15 meters of thin and 2 meters of thick wire;
- plaster;
- green threads.

Heart-tree made of beads from Olga Galaguz.

First you need to make a heart frame. If your wire is not very thick, then it should be folded 2-3 times, but if the wire is thick, then there is no need to fold it.

Next we start preparing the decorations. First you need to make the petals. To do this, you need to cut 25 cm of thin wire (0.3-0.4 mm), and then collect 10-12 beads (the size of the petal depends on the number of beads collected).

Then we twist the petal as shown in the photo.

After you make 5 petals, we form a branch. You will need 8 of them.

A flower is made using the same principle, only we make the petals very close to each other. In addition, there should be at least 9-13 of them. Number of flowers - 7 pieces.

To make the middle, just thread a large bead onto a wire and insert it into the flower, then secure everything well.

After all the details are ready, you can begin to form the entire composition.
We attach twigs along the edges, then flowers, etc.

If your tree is not so lush, you can add another branch with flowers and attach it to the trunk.

After this, we are faced with the task of hiding the wire. For this we need threads. If you have thin ones, you can fold them several times.
Starting at one end, gradually wind the threads around the frame of the heart.

Well, now, you can “plant” the composition. In order to give the base the shape of a circle, we use a plastic bottle (in this case, a lemonade bottle). Cut off the base of the bottle to a height of approximately 3-4 cm.

Preparing plaster. We pour it into a round mold, carefully “plant” the composition and try to fix it. Pay special attention to this; if the composition moves and dries in a different position, there is nothing you can do to fix it.

After the plaster has dried, you need to carefully remove the mold.

All that remains is to paint the base and wait for it to dry.

Make gifts with your own hands - they are made with love!

How do you like the article about the heart-tree made of beads? Please leave your comment at the bottom of this article.

Crafts made from beads have become a part of our lives. Keychains, jewelry, and souvenirs make wonderful gifts. In addition, beadwork also has symbolic meanings. For example, the tree of love.

The two trunks are firmly intertwined, symbolizing man and woman, love and strength, harmony and unity. Isn't this romantic?

Material for making wood:

thin wire for branches (you can use brown rather than silver);
thick wire for the barrel;
blue beads;
pink beads;
floss threads;
acrylic paints;
napkins;
a cap from any bottle (or a plastic box for planting a tree);
cement;
sackcloth;
tow;
glue;
scissors.

Stages of work completion

1. To begin, cut a piece of thin wire, approximately 34 cm, bend it in half and string about 7-8 grains of blue beads.

2. Holding the beads, twist the wire under them 2-3 times. Thus, we get one leaf. On each side of it we will make 3 more leaves.

3. We string 7 blue grains to the left of the first leaf, and at a distance of 5 mm from it we form another one.

4. By analogy, we make the leaf on the right.

5. We make three leaves on each side, so that there are only 7 of them in total. Although, if desired, you can make 9 or even 11 of them.

6. Now we twist the two parts of the wire so that we get a branch like this.

7. Using a similar pattern, we make more blue and pink branches.

8. There should be 34 branches in total (17 pink and 17 blue).

9. The number of leaves on a branch can be varied.

10. Twist 2 branches together.

11. The number of turns should be 5-6 pieces.

12. As a result, you should get 8 pairs of double branches and one without a pair of each color.

13. Next, you need to make 3 complex blue and pink inflorescences. To do this, twist three double branches together. We will get only 6 inflorescences (3 pink and 3 blue). They can be put aside for now.

14. To make a tree trunk and a pot for it, take a cap from a bottle and a thick wire.

15. Fill the cap with cement (gypsum can be used) and leave for a while until the material sets. Then we give the wire the shape we need and fix it in cement. It is advisable to bend the bottom of the wire a little (about 90 degrees), since the straight wire will then be easy to remove from the “ground”. We leave this structure overnight.

16. When the wire is already firmly held in the cement, you can begin further work with the branches. We take one inflorescence and wrap it with the thin end of the wire to the thick end of the trunk. Now, carefully holding the twig near the trunk, we wrap it with floss and coat it with glue from time to time.

17. We wrap other branches nearby in exactly the same way.

18. We also attach blue branches to the other trunk, not forgetting to moisten the thread with glue so that everything sticks better.

19. Rotate the branches as we like.

20. It is also advisable to decorate the trunk by wrapping it with threads and glue.

21. We add thickness to the trunk with napkins, which we wrap piece by piece on the wire and moisten with glue. You need to take enough glue so that the trunk is hard later.

22. Lubricate the cap with glue and wrap it with a piece of burlap.

23. Paint the barrel with brown acrylic paint.

24. We make grass from tow. We paint part of the tow green, part light green, and leave another part as is. Lubricate the cement with glue. When the paint dries a little, cut the tow into 4-5 mm pieces directly into the pot, dripping glue there from time to time.

The “Tree of Love” made from beads is ready!

Master class "Gift for Valentine's Day"

Author Yaroshenko Olga Viktorovna, technology teacher, Municipal Educational Institution Secondary School No. 33 Dzerzhinsky district, Volgograd.
The master class is intended for children of primary and senior school age, technology teachers, additional education teachers and parents.
Description of work: This master class provides step-by-step instructions for making a heart-shaped beaded tree for a Valentine's Day gift. This tree can be given to your mother, girlfriend, or friend.
Valentine's Day -
This is our common holiday.
I kiss you warmly
Many, many times.
You are the best mother in the world,
No one on the planet is more precious than you,
I love you, dear, with all my heart,
On Valentine's Day, I give you my heart!
Happy Valentine's Day
Congratulations, my beloved!
I'm in a hurry to hug you,
Tell you about love!

February 14 is Valentine's Day, or Valentine's Day. It is believed that Valentine's Day has been around for over 16 centuries. This holiday is named after a Christian priest. He secretly married soldiers and their lovers, contrary to the ban of the Roman Emperor Claudius II, who believed that soldiers could not marry. For this, Valentin was executed. Subsequently, as a Christian martyr who suffered for the faith, Valentine was canonized by the Catholic Church. And in 496, Pope Gelasius I declared February 14th Valentine's Day.

In our country it has been celebrated since the early 90s of the twentieth century as Valentine's Day. The attitude of the Catholic and Orthodox churches towards this holiday is ambiguous. And yet, on this day, lovers give each other pleasant gifts made with their own hands in the shape of a heart.

I suggest making a heart-shaped beaded tree as a gift for Valentine's Day. This is what the tree looks like.

A tree made of beads in the shape of a heart can be used not only as a gift for Valentine's Day, but also for interior decoration.
Target :
making and decorating a tree from beads in the shape of a heart with your own hands.
Tasks:
- develop creative imagination and fantasy;
- develop interest in artistic creativity;
- learn to create creative crafts from beads;
- develop aesthetic feelings;
- improve skills and abilities in working with beads;
- cultivate independence, perseverance and accuracy in work;
- evoke conscious empathy for the current emotional state of your friend and family.

Equipment and materials:
blue and pink beads of different shades;
wire for beading (copper);
grass-colored yarn;
PVA glue;
scissors;
tree pot;
plasticine;
coarse salt for “planting” the tree;
polyethylene cover for beads.

1. Pour the beads into a plastic lid so that they do not scatter all over the table and on the floor.

2. Cut the wire 30 - 50 cm long.
3. String the beads onto the wire according to the patterns shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. In this way, prepare branches with different numbers of “leaves”

4. Prepare 10 - 20 branches of pink and the same amount of blue.
5. Cut thick wire for tree trunks and bend it into the shape of half a heart, bend two wires at once to get the same shape of trunks.

One wire for branches of pink beads of different shades. The second is for branches made of blue beads of different shades.

6. Wind all the pink branches onto one half of the tree, and wind the blue ones onto the other, starting from the top.

7. It turns out like this. These are ready-made trunks for the tree of their beads.

8. Wrap each tree branch tightly with yarn and coat the trunk with PVA glue.

9. Prepare a pot for planting a tree; to do this, pour washed and calcined sand or coarse salt into the container.
10. To fasten two tree trunks in the shape of a heart, I use plasticine. I make a sausage out of plasticine and connect the trunks so that they can stand straight, forming a heart shape.

11. Place the tree, fastened with plasticine, in a container coated with PVA glue and fill it with salt, fill it with PVA glue.

12. This is how the heart turned out. On February 14, a tree of love “grows” out of a “sdrift”.
